Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

I’m an E-RYT 500 and YACEP Trained Yoga Educator with over 1000hrs of professional yoga training. I specialize in restorative yoga and accessing a deeper connection inward. I bring my knowledge and compassion to the training.

I have offered Restorative Yoga Teacher Trainings for the last 3 years with DevaTree School of Yoga and am excited to continue to offer this training.

This program offers a practical path for deepening your personal and professional interests in the quiet and healing aspects of restorative yoga.

The program is offered in sacred space created by all of us taking into consideration everyone’s physical and emotional safety. We will learn, explore and dive deep into the practice of restorative yoga.

The training focuses on understanding the fundamentals of restorative yoga, importance of safety when practicing the postures, learning about the nervous system and tap into an abundance of tools and techniques to address different scenarios that may arise when sharing yoga.

The students also gain knowledge of the subtle energies at work within the body and how to tap into the energy body to deepen the practice.

new and experienced yoga teachers, as well as health and spiritual professionals, including, social workers, mental health professionals, counsellors, bodyworkers, mind-body fitness instructors, health coaches and others working in healing, helping and teaching professions.
