Vibrations make me happy! And when I think about it the song CELEBRATION by Kool n the Gang pops in my mind.
Albert Einstein said: Everything in Life is Vibration
After being diagnosed with an autoimmune illness I immediately realized something had to change. What I didn’t realize or even contemplate was how the physical disease in my body was being impacted by my energetic vibrations and my emotions.
Who Am I?
When you think about yourself have you ever pondered the question “who am I”?
Do you know who you are?
I feel we get stuck in this place of knowing our physical being. Of identifying ourselves and how we fit in this world. For example, I’m a mother, I’m a lawyer, I’m a yoga teacher. These are things we identify with but they’re not who we are at the core of our being.
I’m going to invite you to remember you’re a spiritual being in a physical body. You’re a mass of energy functioning at varying frequencies.
The Woo Woo
If you read this and feel that you’re entering the world of woo woo I challenge you to be open to the idea you’re made up of energy. There is something known as Kirlian photography and it’s a process that reveals visible “auras” (i.e. energy) around the objects photographed. Cool right? See proof we are made up of energy in case you needed it.
Energy moves through and to us and we also express energy to the outward world. You are a living energy field. Your body is composed of energy-producing particles, each of which is in constant motion. So, like everything and everyone else in the universe, you are vibrating and creating energy
When entrenched in the physical aspect of your being you can become disconnected from your spiritual being.
Spirit is around all the time, available for you to access and guide you through your day. The catch is you must listen. If you’re focused on your physical being, you’re external thoughts and the external world it will be difficult to hear spirit.
Remember your thoughts are energy. Our thoughts penetrate through all time and space. Thought is powerful.
I invite you to pause and reflect on the power of your thoughts and the vibration these thoughts create. If your thoughts are negative and of a lower vibration that is what we will bring into life. If your thought is you’re the illness then you’re going to bring in more of the illness.
Youur thoughts and emotions affect your health. Notice what you think about when you’re in a flare.
When suppressing your emotions or fighting them it will impact our energy in fact it will deplete your energy and negatively affect your body.
It’s important to create a high vibrating relationship with your thoughts and emotions. Be aware of what arises and shift if vibrating low so they don’t impact your health.
